The Barns is for everyone, young & old, this can be the place where you breathe the benefits of physical excercise and have a great time getting fit. The idea of this new and lovely space is to raise your spirits along with your pulse, radiate some new strength into you body and FOCUS ON FITNESS & FUN.
Classes run Monday to Friday 6am till 9pm, Saturdays 8am till 12 and Sundays 9am – 10.30am covering a huge variety of fitness techniques with every class catering for all levels of physical fitness.
We have Pilates, Kettlebells, Yoga, Circuit Training, FitSteps, Over 60's, Legs, Bums and Tums, Body Balance, strength training, TRX training and lots more, as well as Personal Training and Bootcamp classes.
We have discount for OAP's and servicemen and women.
